Visitor activity

When you visit a page on this website, we may record the date and time, the page visited, your public IP address, and an approximate city, state or region, and country inferred from network information provided by Cloudflare. Location estimates may be inaccurate and are not GPS tracking.

We use these records to understand website traffic, maintain security, and identify technical problems. We do not collect precise device location through this visitor log. We do not intentionally record URL query strings, and we do not use this log to build advertising profiles.

Contact inquiries

When you use our Contact page, we record the name, email address, selected department, message, and whether you requested updates. That checkbox records your preference; it does not itself enroll you in a mailing list.

Storage and retention

Visitor activity is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible to website administrators. Our intended retention period for visitor activity is 30 days; automatic deletion requires the administrator to enable the scheduled cleanup described in the setup instructions. Contact inquiries may be retained for correspondence purposes until deleted by an administrator.

Service providers and your choices

Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the site; Google processes submitted records in Google Sheets. Browser privacy controls, network configurations, and applicable law may affect collection. You can contact us through the Contact page with privacy questions or requests regarding your information.
